Are you familiar with the term “inbound marketing”? It’s a method of attracting customers to your brand by providing them value with content marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and more. Inbound marketing does not involve any paid advertising, and its success depends on earning a customer’s trust and interest.
From July 2017 through January 2018, we worked with a client who wanted to expand brand awareness and increase traffic to the client’s e-commerce store. Using a combination of social media marketing (Facebook and Instagram), blog post publishing, e-mail marketing, and influencer marketing, we lifted traffic from a flat line, and the number of site visitors steadily increased over time.
Unfortunately, the client could not continue working with us after January, and website traffic dipped without a consistent inbound marketing strategy in place. See the Google Analytics graph for yourself:
