That's your call - we work both ways. Some agency partners want us fully behind the scenes: we build the strategy, create the deliverables, and you present everything to your client under your brand. Other partners want us on calls as their "internal retention team," contributing directly while they quarterback the relationship. We can move between modes on the same account if that's what the situation calls for. The only thing we insist on is clear communication about who's saying what to the client, so nothing gets crossed.
We handle it however you want us to handle it. If you want us fully invisible, we stay invisible - you relay questions and answers, and we give you fast turnaround so you're not stuck in the middle. If you want us introduced as your internal retention team, we join calls and speak directly to the client under your agency's banner. We've done both and we're comfortable either way. What we won't do is go around you to your client, pitch them our own services, or do anything that puts your relationship at risk. Your client is your client. That's a hard line for us.
