The Team Behind Your Retention Growth
The people on your team
Most agencies route you through layers - a salesperson who pitches you, an account manager who manages the relationship, and juniors who do the actual work. We don't. The people on this page are the people who'll be thinking about your brand, building your program, and taking it personally when something doesn't perform. Small team, senior bench, no hand-offs to people who've never met you.

"Retention growth isn’t one task, it’s a system."
Most brands struggle with email + SMS because it’s split across too many people (or no one owns it end-to-end). We bring strategy + execution together so your lifecycle marketing becomes a consistent revenue engine - not a last-minute scramble.
A decade running Joy Joya. 15+ years thinking carefully about marketing.
Laryssa's been working in marketing since around 2010 - across ecommerce, content, and brand - and founded Joy Joya in 2016 because she believed product-based ecommerce brands deserved an email and SMS partner who actually thought about their business, not one who showed up with a canned playbook and hoped for the best.
What started as a solo practice focused on the jewelry industry has grown into a team serving women-focused ecommerce brands across categories, but the original principle hasn't changed: retention marketing works when it's built with care, tested with discipline, and tied to how your business actually makes money.
Every engagement still runs through Laryssa's strategic lens, and the team she's built around her is the reason that lens can scale without losing what makes it work.
