Depends on what we find. Sometimes existing flows just need better segmentation, stronger copy, or updated design to perform significantly better. Sometimes the foundation is off and it's faster to rebuild than to retrofit. The Roadmap tells us which path makes sense for your specific account - we don't rebuild for the sake of rebuilding.

Flow improvements typically start showing up in the data within a few weeks, since flows run continuously and generate revenue passively once they're live. The bigger compounding effect usually shows up at the 60–90 day mark, once we've had time to iterate based on how real customers are engaging with them.
