Jobs at Joy Joya
Email Marketing Operations Specialist
Boutique digital marketing agency Joy Joya, specializing exclusively in the jewelry industry, is seeking a Part-Time Email Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing, fully remote team.
Email marketing is the cornerstone of our agency’s services—it's the channel we’re most proud of and the one that consistently delivers the highest ROI for our clients. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented specialist with strong Klaviyo skills to support the execution, optimization, and ongoing success of our clients’ email marketing programs.
This is a technical, operations-focused role that works behind the scenes to ensure our clients’ Klaviyo accounts are running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining flows/automations, managing segmentation, monitoring list health and deliverability, and analyzing KPIs to drive engagement and conversions.
While this is not a design role, you should have a strong understanding of email UX and design best practices, so you can QA campaigns, offer constructive feedback to our Email Designer, and ensure every email is optimized for performance, usability, and deliverability.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, always seeking opportunities to improve processes, enhance performance, and deliver outstanding results for our clients. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, Email & Content Specialist, and Email Designer to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and continuously optimized for success.
This is a behind-the-scenes, execution-focused role ideal for someone who loves processes, QA, and data, and who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple brands.
This is a part-time W-2, fully remote position with flexible hours (after onboarding and training).
